Fill out the form below to inquire about having your event here at the Evansville Wartime Museum! After receiving it, one of our team will contact you to confirm the information, let you know about scheduling availability, and provide you with a quote. Museum hours that we are open to the public will have priority over events that have the potential of disrupting our patron’s experience.

The following type of uses for groups will not be allowed:

• Political fundraising
• For-Profit groups making money
• Groups calling themselves “non-profits” that are not legitimate
• Wedding receptions
• Baby showers
• Wedding showers
• Children’s birthday parties
• Bachelorette or Bachelor parties
• Other types of events that can be contrary to the respectful theme of the Museum.
